Check the room for water issues upon arrival. we faced inconsistent hot and cold water throughout our stay, which was quite frustrating.

Had a great time at Progreso Beach! The location is just steps from the beach, with a handy convenience store nearby for snacks. The pool area was relaxing, though I wish my room had a fridge for drinks. Still, it was a solid spot for the price!

this so-called 'hotel' was a disaster! the bed was practically a mattress on a concrete slab, and the water was barely tepid. i asked for an extra pillow, but only received one, and the staff just shrugged it off. with the price they charge, i expected a complimentary upgrade but was met with disappointment. i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement.

great location but room needed more attention
The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and near multiple dining options. The private parking was a major advantage, making it stress-free to access the hotel. I appreciated the facility's safety features, which made me feel secure during my stay. The staff were always eager to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I really enjoyed.
However, the room lacked proper maintenance, which detracted from the overall experience.

Charming Stay with Great Service!
Our three-night stay was delightful. The pool area provided a perfect escape, while the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Don't miss the nearby restaurants for local flavors. the convenience store was a lifesaver for late-night snacks. Highly recommend checking the area out!

The staff during check-in were extremely welcoming and helpful.
The room was not well maintained, and the toilet made unsettling noises all night long. There was a distinct smell from the bathroom and the lack of proper locking mechanisms made us feel insecure. The bedding was inadequate and thin, leaving us cold and uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Nice pool and helpful staff. Wi-Fi was slow and had issues with loud music.

The clean swimming pool offered a refreshing spot to unwind, and the nearby convenience store was perfect for quick snacks. However, persistent issues with both hot and cold water made for frustrating showers throughout our stay. Loud students late into the night disrupted our peace, and the staff's reluctance to address our concerns about the noise and water problems was disappointing. This experience left us looking for alternative lodging after a few restless nights.

Couple vacation bliss
The location was perfect, right across from the dinosaur museum and the beach. I loved that the OXXO convenience store was just steps away for late-night snacks and coffee.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the experience, it was still worthwhile.
